Kylie Bertucci's International Top 10 Winners for September Blog Hop

Hi, Crafty People!
Today I'm joining Kylie Bertucci and a group of very talented demonstrators for a blog hop around the world. I'm so excited to be participating, again, in the Top Ten International Highlights Winners Blog Hop September, 2021, hosted by Kylie Bertucci! I earned this honor with my card, Inspiring Canopy, placing in the top 10 of Kylie's September, 2021 International Highlights Challenge. Thank you to everyone who voted for my card! As I'm thanking you for voting, I should be sending all of you this thank you card!

Now to the details about how to create this card.

This is such an easy card to make! All you need is a pack of Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper, a pack of the Gold and Rose Gold Metallic Specialty Paper (page 135 in the Annual Catalog), and the Rectangular Postage Stamp punch. A couple of gold foil strips ( 3/4" x 5 1/2") highlight the Rose Gold Metallic paper (5 1/2" x 2 1/4"). The card base is Blackberry Bliss 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" folded in half.

Below you can see the details of the Rose Gold paper and the rectangles that were punched with the Rectangular Postage Stamp punch.
I embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder.

Whimsy and Wonder Christmas Card Free Tutorial for the Share It Sunday Blog Hop



Hi, Crafty People!
Today I'm participating in the Share it Sunday Blog Hop. This is a group of demonstrators from around the world sharing their fabulous projects with everyone.

My card I'm sharing with you is a Christmas Card. I used the beautiful Whimsy and Wonder Designer Series Paper for this card. 

To create this card I started with a Mint Macaron card base then added a silver foil piece that's 4" X 5 1/4". The Whimsy and Wonder Designer Series Paper piece is 5" x 3 3/4". I cut the designer series paper in half in both directions, then folded the center corners down.
The inside was completed with a tree from Evergreen Elegance and a sentiment from Holly Jolly Wishes.

Christmas Collections Class with Peaceful Place and Cabin



Hi, Everyone!
I'm so excited about my next Christmas Collections Class coming up in October! You will make 2 Christmas Cards using the Peaceful Place Designer Series Paper and the Cabin Dies, decorate 2 gift bags, and make matching tags for the bags. You will also receive the Evergreen Border punch, 1/4 pack of the Peaceful Place Designer Series Paper to complete your projects, and 6 yards of ribbon. The class fee for all of this is just $40! All you need to bring are your scissors and favorite adhesives (I do have those for sale). The schedule is as follows:

Thursday, October 21st at Noon
Thursday, October 21st at 5:00
Sunday, October 24th at 2:00

All Occasions Cards Classes with Joseph's Coat Technique, Whimsy and Wonder Christmas Card, and Seasonal Swirls Dies


Hi, Everyone!
My All Occasions Card Classes are coming up the first week of October. You will make 3 cards and the cost is $15 which includes envelopes and printed instructions. All you need to bring are your scissors and favorite adhesives (I have those available for sale). The schedule is as follows:
Thursday, October 7th   Noon
Thursday, October 7th  5:00
Saturday, October 9th  Noon
This first card is an easel card and the stamping technique is the Joseph's Coat technique. It's a fun technique with beautiful results!
This next card is made with the Seasonal Swirls dies and the leaves die from Giving Gifts. I also used the new 3d embossing folder Timber.
This last card is a Christmas card made from the Whimsy and Wonder designer series paper.

Also, I have updated my schedule under the schedule tab at the top of the page.

Seasonal Swirls for Autumn Themed Blog Hop



Hi Crafty Friends!
Today I'm participating in an Autumn Themed Blog Hop with a group of amazing demonstrators from around the world. Please take a minute to visit all their blogs that are listed below.
Seasonal Swirls Dies are the focal point of my card today. My card base is a 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" piece of Soft Suede folded in half. The next layer is a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Basic White that has been embossed with the Timber Embossing Folder. I sponged a little Soft Suede ink over the raised design to give it a little pop.
The wreaths were cut from the bronze and gold foil paper from the Brushed Metallic card stock. A gold cord bow was added.
The leaves at the bottom were cut from the same foil papers with the leaf dies from Giving Gifts Dies. The sentiment is from Art Gallery and was cut with the sentiment die from Beautiful Trees.
