Home Decor for the Crafty Collaboration Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Collaboration Blog Hop where we are sharing home decor. I'm so excited about this hop because it will demonstrate the wide range of projects our products can be used in making.

My project is a vase I purchased from The Dollar Tree. Purchased items I used were florist moss and the stem of an artificial flower.

My dragonflies were made from vellum using the Dragonfly Garden Bundle. I put 2 inside the vase.

The large flowers were made with the daisy punch and a variety of colors.

The greenery was cut with the Forever Flourishing dies and Garden Green cardstock. Vellum butterflies made with the Butterfly Brilliance Bundle were added. Some of these were actually made with the retired butterfly punch and stamp set.

I hope you like my project! Please take a minute and check out all the fabulous projects from this group of talented demonstrators.

New Horizons Meadow Scene for Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I'm hopping with a talented group of crafters from around the world, the Stamping INKspirations Group. Our goal is to give you inspiration from our projects. Our challenge was to design a project using the colors below.

This is the card I'm sharing with you today.

This card was designed using this sheet of paper from the New Horizons Designer Series Paper pack. This sheet is so pretty by itself, but I had to add some elements to it.

As you can see from this view, I designed it as an easel card to really show off its beauty. The base is an 11" x 4 1/4" piece of Garden Green cardstock scored at 5 1/2" and 2 3/4". I adhered the 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" designer series paper to a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" piece of Garden Green to give it stability.
I added some trees on the horizon with a stamp from On the Horizon and Evening Evergreen ink.

The birds are also from the same stamp set and stamped them in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

White fences, cut with dies from Horizon Dies, were added at the bottom. Grass from the same die set, cut from Garden Green, were adhered in front of the fences. I love the new Pebbles embellishments now available from Stampin' Up!.

For the "stopper" for the easel card, I used the dies from Hippo and Friends and cut one from Calypso Coral. I stamped on the piece of dsp I cut off the side and then cut it with the Hippo and Friends die. I adhered these with dimensionals to give it the height needed to hold up the card front.

If you don't own any of the New Horizons Designer Series Paper, you're missing out! If you find yourself wanting to CASE this card, I'm linking all the supplies below to my store.

Since this is a blog hop, please take a few minutes to hop on over to the other talented crafters listed below. You won't be disappointed!

New Horizons Evening Evergreen Stamping with Friends Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my latest blog post. Today I'm hopping along with a talented group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world. Our challenge was to make a monochromatic card, that is, use one color and its various shades. This is the card and the color, Evening Evergreen, I chose to share with you.

Below is what I designed my card from. This is a piece from the New Horizons Designer Series Paper pack. This is such a fun pack to work with. I decided to work with the area that has shades of Evening Evergreen.

The card base is an 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of Evening Evergreen cardstock folded in half. I cut the front with the Grove Dies, then adhered the designer series paper, cut to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8", behind it.

What's a forest without animals? I decided to add the deer from the same die set, Grove Dies.

The neat thing about this paper is that it has a design on both sides, like all our Stampin' Up! designer series paper. When you adhere the designer series paper piece to the card front, then you see the back when you open the card.

I used the leftover piece that was cut off the top of the designer series paper to cut this cloud design for the inside. I used the Basic Border dies to cut this piece. The deer and grass are from the Grassy Grove stamp set.

I hope you like my card and will want to CASE it. You should at least get some of this awesome New Horizons Designer Series Paper! I have listed all the supplies I used to make this card at the bottom of this post with links to my store.

Please take a few minutes to visit the blogs of the other awesome demonstrators. I'm sure you'll love all their great ideas!
