Hydrangea in a Jar for Kylie Bertucci's International Highlights Winners Blog hop

Hi, Crafty-Happy People!

Today I'm joining Kylie Bertucci and a group of very talented demonstrators for a blog hop around the world. I'm so excited to be participating, again, in the Top Ten International Highlights Winners Blog Hop May, 2021, hosted by Kylie Bertucci! I earned this honor with my card, Beautiful Barn Scene, placing in the top 10 of Kylie's May, 2021 International Highlights Challenge. Don't we all love to get flowers! Flowers can say many things, but this flower says "thank you."

I love the pearlescent paper Stampin' Up! introduced this year! Since white hydrangeas are my favorite color of hydrangeas, this paper was perfect for my flower.

Of course, a mercury glass mason jar is the perfect container for it.

To keep the rustic look, I applied Soft Suede ink to the Pinewood Plank embossing folder and ran a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Pool Party cardstock through our Cut and Emboss Machine, giving it the look of painted wood.
