Encircled in Nature Thinking of You Card

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I'm sharing a beautiful card inspired by one made by a member of the Stampin' Up! Artisan Team, Mikaela Titheridge, using the versatile bundle Encircled in Nature. 

Let's take a look at some features of the card, then I have links after the pictures to a free tutorial and a video showing this card's construction from beginning to end.

After embossing the first layer of the card front with the Leaf Fall Embossing Folder, I brushed Craft White ink on the raised areas to highlight the leaves.

The trees were stamped with Pretty Peacock ink then stamped again without applying ink to the stamp. I moved the stamp over a bit to achieve the look of the trees in the distance.

All the leaves and embellishments were cut with dies from Encircled in Nature and adhered to the left side of the Very Vanilla circle.

The inside was completed with stamps from the Grassy Grove stamp set and Lost Lagoon ink.
