Fa La La Friday Bonus Holiday Free Tutorial and Video with Festive Foils

Hello, welcome and surprise! I extended my Fa La La Friday Holiday Tutorials another week. Why not! There is another week until Christmas, but if you haven't made and mailed your Christmas cards already, well . .. what can I say!

Today's card was made with the beautiful Festive Foils Specialty Paper, Distressed Gold Specialty Paper, and the Elegant Eucalyptus Embossing Folder. Here are a few pictures of the card and there is a link below for the free tutorial with all the measurements. I have also included a video below!

I embossed a 3" x 5 1/8" piece of the Cherry Cobbler Festive Foils Specialty Paper with the Elegant Eucalyptus Embossing Folder, then sponged some gold ink across the raised area.

The Distressed Gold Specialty Paper piece is 1" x 5 1/8" and is connected to the Cherry Cobbler piece with a strip of Evening Evergreen Glimmer Specialty Paper. These pieces were adhered to a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Evening Evergreen cardstock. The card base is an 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of Very Vanilla cardstock folded in half. The gold border is a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" piece of gold foil cut with the largest Stitched Rectangle Framelit die.

This lovely sentiment is from Brightest Glow stamp set and was stamped in Cherry Cobbler. The leaves were punched using the Bough punch. The sentiments and Gold Distressed Specialty paper were both cut with dies from the Stitched Rectangle Framelits dies.

The inside was stamped with stamps from Brightest Glow and Christmas Lights with Cherry Cobbler ink.

This card is basically not made with any supplies that scream Christmas, so with a change of the sentiment, you could have yourself a card for any occasion! I have supplied links to the supplies I used below.
