Christmas Card Imitating a Wrapped Present with Jolly Holly Embossing Folder

Christmas-Present-Traditions-of-Christmas-Stampin-Up

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I want to share a beautiful and easy card made with the Jolly Holly Embossing Folder and the Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper. It is a very simple and easy to make card.

At the end of this post is a link for you to download a free tutorial with all the instructions and measurements and, also, a video showing the construction of this card. In the video I change the flowers and show several other options. Check it out. Links to all the supplies I used are also at the bottom.

Here is the front of the card. Cherry Cobbler is the 11" x 4 1/4" base.

The Basic White piece was embossed with the Jolly Holly Embossing Folder after I brushed a glycerin and Wink of Stella mixture all over the Basic White piece. Hopefully, you can see a little shimmer on that piece.

Four 1/4" x 5 1/2" gold foil strips were adhered to the front to imitate ribbon when wrapping a present. The flowers were cut from the Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper. The gold spruce piece is a die from Christmas Greenery Dies.

The inside images are from the Joyful Tidings Stamp Set and stamped in Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler.
