Father's Day Cards Classes

Hi, Crafty-Happy People!
Believe it or not, it's time to start making those Father's Day Cards! I am offering a variety that I hope will fit the men in your life. These cards are also designed for birthday cards. The cost of the class is $15 if you only want to make 3 cards, and $20 for all 4. All you need to bring are your scissors and favorite adhesives (I have those for sale if you should need some).

The schedule is as follows:
Thursday, June 10th at 12:00 1 opening
Thursday, June 10th at 5:30  7 openings
Saturday, June 12th at 12:00  6 openings
Sunday, June 13th at 2:00 4 openings

Now let's take a look at the cards you can pick from.

This first card is a gate-fold card and I used the stamp set A Good Man.

This next card is for the car enthusiast! I used All Geared Up for this design.

Do you have that outdoorsman in your family? This is the card for him. I used the new Hats Off Bundle for this card. Notice the evergreen trees? That's our new Evergreen Trees Border punch!

And this last card is for your beach guy or that guy that loves the water. I always love an easel card, but even more fun with this card is that I applied the ink with Saran Wrap (plastic wrap)!

Let me know which day and time you would to come get those Father's Day/Birthday cards made for the men in your life.

Quite Curvy for the Share It Sunday Blog Hop

Hi, Crafty-Happy People!
Today I'm hopping with the Crafty Collaborations team, which is a global group of fellow Stampin' Up demonstrators. Blogs are a great way to check out a variety of awesome card ideas. So let's get hopping along.

I love this Quite Curvy Stamp Set and Curvy Dies! A curved design across the front of a card always adds more interest, in my opinion. What's even better is that the dies will be on sale for 50% off beginning Tuesday, June 1st for $14.50! To see a complete list of retiring and sale items CLICK HERE!

I've added a close up of some of the details, such as the beautiful ivy leaves embossed with silver embossing powder.
You can also see the texture on the Misty Moonlight cardstock from the Tasteful Textiles embossing folder.
A leaf and blue bird decorate the upper right and lower left corners.

If you would like a free, complete tutorial for this card, please click on the box below and it's yours!

Brilliant Wings Butterflies Slimline Card for the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop

Hi, Crafty-Happy People!
Today I am participating in a blog hop, featuring our new In Colors, with a group of talented demonstrators from around the globe. Be sure and visit all of their blogs, too.
My card features the new In Colors Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, and Fresh Freesia. I started with a 8 1/2" x 3 1/2" piece of Basic White cardstock. Using Soft Succulent reinker and a water painter filled with Alcohol, I swiped the reinker across the Basic White piece from top to bottom.
As you can see from the above picture, I stamped the leaves from Very Versailles across the top in Soft Succulent. I next stamped the flowers from Blossoms in Bloom in the bottom right-hand corner with Fresh Freesia.
I mounted the Basic White piece on a 3 3/4" x 8 3/4" Evening Evergreen piece, tied an Evening Evergreen bow around the bottom, then adhered it to a 8" x 9" Soft Succulent card base.
The butterflies were cut from the Love You Always Foil and Love You Always Designer Series Paper using the Brilliant Wings dies. I adhered them from the top to the bottom of the card front.
I hope you like my card and will give it a try. Click below to download a free tutorial. To shop for any of the products used in the making of the card, I have included links below.

Hydrangea in a Jar for Kylie Bertucci's International Highlights Winners Blog hop

Hi, Crafty-Happy People!
Today I'm joining Kylie Bertucci and a group of very talented demonstrators for a blog hop around the world. I'm so excited to be participating, again, in the Top Ten International Highlights Winners Blog Hop May, 2021, hosted by Kylie Bertucci! I earned this honor with my card, Beautiful Barn Scene, placing in the top 10 of Kylie's May, 2021 International Highlights Challenge. Thank you to everyone who voted for my card! As I'm thanking you for voting, I should be sending all of you this thank you card!
Don't we all love to get flowers! Flowers can say many things, but this flower says "thank you."

I love the pearlescent paper Stampin' Up! introduced this year! Since white hydrangeas are my favorite color of hydrangeas, this paper was perfect for my flower.
Of course, a mercury glass mason jar is the perfect container for it.
To keep the rustic look, I applied Soft Suede ink to the Pinewood Plank embossing folder and ran a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Pool Party cardstock through our Cut and Emboss Machine, giving it the look of painted wood.

If you would like a copy of the tutorial, click below.

I hope you like my card and will come back to visit my blog. Please take a minute to visit the blogs of the other winners listed below.
