Labels Aglow Thank You Card for Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Highlights Winners Hop

Labels_Aglow_Thank_You_Stampin_Up

Hello and welcome to Kylie Bertucci's International Winners Blog Hop! Today I'm joining Kylie Bertucci and a group of very talented demonstrators for a blog hop around the world. I'm so excited to be participating in the Top Ten International Highlights Winners Blog Hop! I earned this honor with my card, Rustic Pumpkins. Thank you so much for voting for me.

My card is actually constructed with a set of dies designed for Christmas cards, but I decided to convert it to a Thank You card. This card would also be a perfect Anniversary and Wedding card. Let's take a closer look at the card, then you can download a free tutorial with the measurements and instructions.

This card has a flap on the front that opens to the right. It looks like a book-bind card, but I decided to adhere the left flap down.

The design on this piece was made with one of the dies from Labels Aglow.

Another die from Labels Aglow made the circular design on this piece. There are also little snowflake dies that made the outer designs.

Grassy Grove Framed Art for the Ink and Inspiration Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop. You are currently visiting Robbie Susan Chandler from Florida in the United States. I hope you enjoy my project I'm sharing with you today.

Our challenge was to draw inspiration from the above image and/or colors. I was inspired by both!

Grassy_Grove_Framed_Art_Stampin_Up

My project is framed artwork using the Grassy Grove and Eden Dies with a sunset background.

The base is a 4" x 6" piece of Thick Basic White. I tore one edge of a 2" x 6" piece of Poppy Parade and a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock. Each piece was sponged on the torn edge with Poppy Parade ink. These pieces were adhered to the Basic White base in the following order: a 2" X 6" piece of Crushed Curry at the top, then the Pumpkin Pie piece on top of that, lastly the Poppy Parade piece on top of that so that they all fit on the 4" x 6" base.

The trees from the Grass Grove dies were cut out of Evening Evergreen cardstock then adhere over the background pieces. The deer were cut from Early Espress and adhered with dimensionals.

Eden Dies and Soft Suede cardstock were used to cut the wreath and it was adhered over the trees. This piece was then put in a 5" x 7" frame after removing the glass.

A leaf was cut out of matte rose gold paper with a die from Forever Flourish, cut into 4 pieces, and adhered under a bow tied from Silver Thread Twine that was adhered to the bottom right-hand corner.
