I
want to share a card with you featuring our wonderful product, Brusho! When Sara Douglas demonstrated this product
at OnStage, it was love at first sight! I also love glitter and bling and just
can’t get enough of the new Myths & Magic Glimmer Paper in our 2018
Occasions Catalog. I completely overlooked it when I placed my first order and
quickly added it to my next. Products used and instructions on how to create
this card are listed below.
Cardstock: Old Olive 5 ½ x 8 ½
Thick white 4 x 5 ¼
So Saffron 3 ¾ x 5

Glimmer Paper Turquoise and Old Olive
Stamp Sets: You’re Inspiring
Stamp
Pads: Tempting
Turquoise
Brusho: Gamboge, Mossy Green, and Brilliant
Red
Big
Shot: Detailed Dragonflies, Rose
Garden, Petals and More, Layered Leaves
Embossing Folder
Punches: Leaf and Word Window Punches
Rhinestones Bermuda Bay Chevron
Ribbon Spray Bottle with
Alcohol
1.
Fold
card base in half.
2.
Sprinkle
Brilliant Red Brusho on Layered Leaves embossing folder down at the fold on
side with Sizzix on it. Sprinkle about a
third of the way up. Next sprinkle
Gamboge on middle third, and Mossy Green on top third. Spray alcohol on Brusho liberally. Make sure all areas are covered in a color.
3.
Lay
white piece on Brusho, close up embossing folder, and run through Big Shot
using only ONE PLATE. Wipe off any
Brusho on the clear plate and Big Shot base.
Wipe off embossing folder.
4.
Dry
with heat gun. Set aside to dry
completely.
5.
Cut
dragonflies and flower from turquoise glimmer paper.
6.
Cut
grid piece from Old Olive glimmer paper.
7.
Punch
leaves with leaf punch out of Old Olive glimmer paper.
8.
Adhere
ribbon around Layered Leaves embossed piece and adhere to card front.
9.
Adhere
grid piece, leaves, and flower, in that order, to card front. Adhere dragonflies.
10. Stamp sentiment on Daffodil Delight
piece, punch with Word Window punch, and adhere to card front.
11. Adhere So Saffron piece to inside.
