Stars Treat Bags for Anything but a Card Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I'm hopping with a talented group of Crafty Collaborations Demonstrators. Our theme today is Anything but a Card! My project I'm sharing with you is the Stars Treat Bags found in the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog.

You don't have to do a whole lot to these awesome treat bags. They're beautiful by themselves, but I did make a few alterations to mine. First, I added a tag to the outside. My tag was made with the stamp set Handmade Wishes and the coordinating punch, Handmade tag. The snowflake on the front side was punched from the Snowflake Specialty Vellum paper.

That completed the outside, but I wanted to spiffy up the inside. I embossed a 3 1/2" x 5" piece of rose gold iridescent foil with the Wintry Embossing folder and adhered it to the inside back.

Add a battery-powered votive candle, and, wow!

What I really loved was the rainbow effect the votive light made shining on the rose gold foil!

For my team challenge this month, each team member decorated a Stars Treat Bag any way they wanted to. Below are all the awesome results! I have a great team!

I'll start with the Halloween and Fall Theme bags. This one was made by Kay Graham. She decorated the front and the back.

These next ones were made by Linda Ray and Vicki Sellars.

This cute Christmas one also included a votive candle inside. It was made by Judy Weston.

I love the outdoor theme of this bag made by Carolyn Cotilla.
