Stamping with Friends Blog Hop with Amber Autumn Bundle and Kintsugi Designer Series Paper

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I am hopping with a talented group of demonstrators for the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop. The project I am sharing is a beautiful and easy card made with an altered piece of the Kintsugi Specialty Designer Series Paper and a die from Amber Autumn Dies. Let's take a look.

At the end of this post is a link for you to download a free tutorial with all the instructions and measurements and, also, a video showing the construction of this card. Check it out. Links to all the supplies I used are also at the bottom.

Here is the front of the card. Let me show you what I did to the Kintsugi Designer Series Paper.

This is the piece I decided to alter.

This is the same piece after I brushed the following colors over it: Calypso Coral, Timid Tiger, Darling Duckling, Peach Pie, Pecan Pie, and Copper.

I then cut this piece with the die from Amber Autumn. Isn't it beautiful!!

A 4" x 5 1/4" piece of the beautiful Earthen Toned Metallic Specialty Paper was embossed with the Birch Wood Embossing Folder and adhered behind the Kintsugi Designer Series Paper. Look how it makes the paper pop!!

The sentiment is from the Online Exclusive set Banner Sayings, which is a stamp set and coordinating punch.

The leaf and acorn were heat embossed with copper embossing powder and colored with the Bronze, Pecan Pie, Darling Duckling, and Timid Tiger blends.

A piece of Very Vanilla cardstock was cut with the largest die from Textured Notes Dies and stamped with the Layered Thoughts stamp in Early Espresso.
